Derringer tuner with iDash1.8
to suit 2014 to 2018 Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel
Adds up to 40HP & 63ft-lb of Torque
Stops the competition dead in their tracks. Results in our torque and power gains across the full operating rpm range, starting right off idle and marching to the shift point in each gear. Derringer is dyno calibrated to use multiple data inputs such as throttle position, rpm, vehicle speed, AFR, Knock and coolant temperature, just like your engine's ECU. Its microprocessor-based electronics are able to actively and safely optimize calibrations in real time. No competitive product does that.
Derringer has six switched settings with the included iDash 1.8 SuperGauge and produces Best in Class performance knocks you back in your seat. The Level 3 setting is for work use and has a great mid-range feel. When running Level 3 with a loaded work truck and/or pulling a trailer, your on-ramp merging speeds and passing times are greatly improved.
The electronics are molded into a waterproof connector, which is easily concealed and communicates using B-Bus (Banks Bus) with other devices such as our iDash 1.8 SuperGauge/Control Center. The Derringer connects in line with the Throttle Inlet Pressure (TIP) and Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensors. But unlike others, it also connects to the vehicle's OBDII diagnostic bus connector. A CAN (controller area network) transceiver chip communicates with OBD or B-Bus allowing our microprocessors to talk with the vehicle.
Health Monitoring: We monitor the health of Derringer 100 times a second. If the health monitoring system reveals any malfunction, the Derringer instantly bypasses itself, sets a device diagnostic code, and returns you to stock power. Plus, Derringer's special coolant temp monitoring prevents power addition when the engine is too cold or overheated. The Derringer also auto-adjusts power if knock occurs due to bad fuel.
Maximum safe power is all automatic with a Derringer - you just choose your setting.

You can also select transmission type: Automatic (default) or Manual. The Manual transmission setting does less boosting in the 0-20% pedal travel range (when compared to Automatic). This improves drivability during clutch engagement
Monster-Ram Intake Elbow Kit with Fuel Line, 3.5 inch Red Powder Coated.
For use with 2007.5-2018 Dodge/Ram 2500/3500 6.7L
Monster-Ram improves airflow from the intercooler. Flows 906 cfm (69.22 lbs/min) compared to Stock's measly 432 cfm (33.00 lbs/min). Raises boost without increasing backpressure at the turbine. Result: a more responsive, power efficient engine. Up to four 1/8 inch NPT ports for flexibility! The top two NPT ports are positioned to allow for proper atomization directly into the center of the air mass while preventing wall wetting. Accommodates stock mounting points including Temperature and Pressure sensors, wire harness and dipstick tube. At Banks Power, just enough is never enough when it comes to engine airflow. Maximum power, performance and efficiency are the ultimate goals, but to make it all happen the engine has to breathe freely and without needless restrictions. Finding ways to pump your engine full of cooler, denser air has always been the key. Our High-Ram intakes have always whipped the competition.
Our new Monster-Ram flat-out destroys it. Utilizing the latest in electronic computational fluid-dynamic technology, tested on the flow bench as well as on the dyno, and finally proven in the real world where the rubber meets the road, Monster-Ram is a beast that only Banks could have unleashed. A simple, direct-replacement casting, Monster-Ram is instant power, performance and acceleration gratification. The factory inlet is cramped and angular compared to Banks' larger, streamlined cast-metal Monster-Ram. It's the perfect upgrade whether you're just starting out or working to build a serious, purpose-built race machine. And with up to four ports for water/meth/propane/nitrous injection (or pressure/temp. sensors), the sky's the limit for performance expandability. Monster-Ram is CNC ported as well as the optional Banks Billet Intake Grid Heater Delete spacer.

Monster-Ram 6.7 Power Difference
The stock horn has quite a boost loss at the same flow, so now with a better flowing horn virtually all the boost produced by the turbos can get to the valves.
I can tell you this, when we hot rodded the first 5.9L common rail back in 2001, the Cummins guys sent us a lab engine that they had put an HX-40 Holset on and some bigger injectors. The engine made 402 hp. We dyno'ed it again on our end and got 405 hp so our dynos matched. We sawed off the stock manifold, made the first ever side draft intake casting, cleaned up the ports and picked up 135 hp at the same air/fuel ratio with the same turbo, 540 hp was the result. So there's a dyno comparison doing the same thing as the improved horn, only better.
We then installed a Banks cam and a larger VG turbo and brought it to 735 hp, put it in a Dakota, towed our trailer to Bonneville with it dropped the trailer and ran 222 mph.

Differential Cover to suit 2003 to 2018 Ram with AAM 11.5" or 11.8" 14 Bolt Rear axle
Banks Ram-Air Differential Cover is unlike any other. After testing covers with flat-backs and those with larger fluid capacities, it was apparent that those covers do not cool as well as advertised and suffer from poor fluid dynamics. As a result, flat-backs reduce fuel economy. Banks Ram-Air differential cover extends lubrication life and retains fuel economy!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdtmDl5EDJ8&t=748s
The Banks Engineering team’s goal was to perfect fluid flow and reject BTUs from the fluid as fast the ring and pinion puts them in. If the fluid flow is impeded in any way, it results in resistance and aeration which reduce fuel economy and creates heat, thereby degrading the fluid and decreasing the lifespan of the gearset.
Almost all aftermarket covers have fins for cooling. Unfortunately, those fins are almost useless because there’s little or no airflow immediately behind the differential. Nearly all aftermarket covers impede fluid flow. Why does this matter? Aim a fire hose at a brick wall. It turns out liquid doesn’t like 90° angles or obstructions.

Air Velocity
After affixing anemometers fore and aft of the rear differential, a dead zone was discovered. Like the wing of plane, the rear differential splits the air. At a road speed of 70 mph, air speed was measured at 32 MPH in front of the differential and 11 MPH 20” behind the differential. This indicated an area of dead air.
This low velocity dead zone extends as far out as 36” from the back face of the cover. No matter how deep the cooling fins are, they’re unable to adequately reject heat due to inadequate airflow over the surface of the fins.
This discovery resulted in the Ram-Air scoop concept. As the truck moves through the air, cool static air is forced into the Ram-Air scoops and directed 90° up and through the long, thin heat radiation fins.
The Banks differential cover is fundamentally different from its competition because it utilizes Ram-air scoops that direct air through channeled fins, cooling the differential and internal oil temperatures.
The competition has no way of directing airflow, their covers leave a deadzone so temperatures rise faster and fall slower, meaning your oil works harder and components wear faster, costing you fuel economy.
The Banks Ram-Air cover features 169% more exterior heat radiation surface area and 21% more internal heat absorption surface area than Mag-Hytec. This is impressive considering the Banks cover retains the stock 4-quart fluid capacity.
